The camp has been meticulously prepared and would have been a hive of activity if the current political situation in the surrounding countries mean we were the only guests. Come and support this accommodation venue."

Being a camp, power was generator supplied only from 7pm to midnight. This was the case with other camps we stayed in also. Hard to find as with all camps, call owner for help.

"My stay at Para un poquito was wonderful, the hosts Flor and Joel are very welcoming, nice and helpful in any situation, they know and love the place. The situation right on the beach is idyllic, you literally go out of your room and are on the beach. I'd definitely recommend this place."

"I stayed 8 nights in a tent in a beautiful, tropical garden just a few meters from the sea. Sunki, the manager and William, the owner are great people, they arrange things for you, it was very helpfull. The kitchen is great, it has everything you need for cooking. There is a fan inside the tent, everything was nicely prepared. I am so greatfull, I have been in this wonderfull place."

The staff was super nice, they organized a transfer from Lompoul sur Mer to the location, they came with us to the beach and played football together with mbalax, then they came with us to the nearby desert and helped us organize a cab to Dakar airport. The food was also really good. Overall it has been an excellent stay!"

The proximity and the 180-degree view of the sea, the unmatched decor items, fairy lights and stellar interior planning, the very small-but-important facility and comfort details that have been considered, the quaint and romantic area around the dome, the considerate and responsive hosts all come together to make this a true gem here in Latvia. It feels like the place is kept beautiful and tidy out of genuine care for the wellbeing and pleasure of the guests. The hot tub costs extra, but a hot tub with a direct view of the sea is another rarirty here that is well worth the money. Absolutely recommended without hesitation, and I wish the hosts the endurance to keep this up, as we will 100% be looking to come back to this corner of paradise!"

To be nitpicky, the tap water seems to have high iron content, hence some water discoloration and odor. Nevertheless, there is extra drinkable water provided so this is not an issue really.

It's not a comfy city lifestyle. Hot water is prepared in advance and you need to notify the staff. There's also a small fee for that. But in general everything is affordable there. No WiFi of course, but you can ask for hotspot.

"It’s was perfect for me. The full experience from booking process, finding the location, meeting with the people responsible for the place. Great kitchen and accommodations. Super confy. Very quite with an amazing view. You can see the stars reflections on the lake. Fish made by Vincent was mmmm. Delicious. What else, Oh!! Learning more about the lake and people living around was an amazing experience. The place was built with love and harmony with the nature around. If you need a place to recharge- I highly recommend this one."

"Amazing, unbelievable, untouched nature. If you like camping, search no more! Great value for the price, comfy tents and great food. Also, you have free equipment to explore the lake..."

Road to the camp is not in the best conditions.

"Beautiful views from the tent, very peaceful. Loved the sunset and the sunrise. The tents are very spacious and have everything you need: towels, soap, fridge, kitchen that comes with all the bits and bobs to cook."

Entry road was very bumpy.

"It’s not in the center BUT I got picked up with the motorbike and brought back to the center the next day. It’s directly to the caves so you can be the first in the cave the next morning after a night in the nature with a beautiful nightsky"
