"Fantastic location. I had a private room and bathroom. Fantastic. Quiet, helpful staff and a great location. Loved it. Super close to walking up the hill for a great view over the city and close to all key sites in the old city. Inexpensive and good value. I didn't eat breakfast there as there is a wonderful garden cafe 1 min walk in the same street which is lovely for good coffee and food."

Hot water was a little temperamental and loo leaked.

You wake up from the sound of beautiful birds in the morning, you can join the MyFarm team for breakfast and talk about their daily life here. All the staff is super nice and accommodating. It's amazing to be inside such a wonderful place that gives out free education to the people who live around here. I ended up helping out in the different educational programs and I loved every moment of it. I thought I just went for a cheap place to stay that was also social, but I got so much more. I will definitely come back as a volunteer to the project."

"The price and location of this hostel are excellent. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is available. Tobias and the cat Felix (aka Garfield) did a great job running the place while the owner, Christian, was enjoying his vacation in Greece. Highly recommended"

"Charlie welcomed me very friendly and introduced me to the house and facilities. Everything was very clean and welcoming. Communication was absolute great and there was no issues at all. Although I accidentally chose the wrong room when I booked, she allowed me to change it (I wanted a female room) without hesitation. "It's a cozy hostel with a nice common area, warm shower, enough space everywhere, a small breakfast included, in a nice neighbourhood more relaxed than Old Dhaka, and reasonably close to the metro into the city centre (walkable, or take a rickshaw). It's also close enough to the airport and railway station (by tuktuk or Uber). It has nice restaurants nearby, coffee places and Western fastfood options if you're into that. It is well worth the price of a bed, and probably the only good option in the country if you are a solo traveler/backpacker and you want to meet other travelers. Armin, who manages the Hostel, is a friendly, easy-going guy, and helpful."

The mattresses are a little thin, but to be honest, that was the case in most places in Bangladesh. Don't expect the Hilton when it comes to cleanliness, and you'll be fine.

"The location was perfect, a few minutes from the city centre. The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. The place is tidy and very well maintained, offering many facilities, including activities around Livingstone."

Unfortunately their neighbours played music everyday, until late hours. It was sometimes very difficult to fall asleep due to the noise. This matter significantly can affect their business on long-term. No blanket was provided, only a very thin blanket cover, which is not enough for the colder nights. The wifi was completely unreachable from the room. You had to be either outside (surrounded by mosquitoes) to have access to internet or to have mobile data on your phone.

The capsule room could have been a little bigger, but it was nice nonetheless.

Lo demás Te lo compras y lo completas. Pero me pareció re bien. Un mini palacio reciclado. Ubicación tranquila. Puedes llegar caminando al gran vía 20minutos, o subir a un bus que para a 50 metros del hostel. No me sentí en un hostel, sería más bien un hostal con baño compartido pero entre pocos"

"It's a basic place, but nice. The bathroom is clean and functional (and great hot water). The bedroom is perfectly fine for a night or two, but would struggle with lots of packing and unpacking if you were staying a while. Owner is super super friendly and nice."

"Room was clean, hygienic and fresh. Terrace garden and cafeteria was maintained. Food quality is good but there is scope for improvement."
