"EVERYTHING!! The room was exceptional. One of the best we’ve stayed in. Everything was oversized and just perfect. Really big room and comfy. The whole venue was perfect. Staff were super helpful and went over and above."

Restaurant waiters are useless, slow, just talking to each other. . Even if you are a guest at hotel they want you to pay for the huts. Hotel guests should get at least a free hour daily. There is no real beach seating for hotel guests to relax.

Couldn’t find any ramp which could be wheel chair friendly. A ramp could be introduced for ease of moving luggage’s and for elderly people.

"Great location, just ~100 meters away from the beach. Very nice and helpful people, booked a lovely islands tour in a very good price for us and offered to help us with a number of things. Fascilitated our return to Krabi. There are 4 adorable cats in the property too. The room was a standard Thailand room for that price range, nothing to complain about."

"The hospitality from the staff was incredible. The level of detail and service was at a very high standard. The accommodation was really good. That was a lot of space. The food was great with the breakfast buffet. The prices were really good as well."

There is nothing I didn’t really like the resort was amazing

La habitación recomendaría mejorar las camas, nos tocó dos camas muy blancas dónde el cuerpo queda undido en los colchones, recomendaría colchones un poco más firmes, las últimas noches pasé con dolor de espalda a la altura de la cintura. Pero en general es solo mi opinión, el resto acorde.

El personal siempre fue amable y servicial. El equipo de animación se esforzó al máximo para que todos estuvieran contentos y entretenidos. "Everything was excellent.the food was very delicious everyday has every menu (that’s what we like it very much).The staff also especially in the reception was very nice and approachable.on our first day it was a little bit confusing to go in our room but there is a man a very nice man who came with us to show our room and how to get in there.Our stay was definitely perfect we came there to have a relaxation,forget the tiredness in work and also to enjoy the kids and it was really really worth it. We gonna come back for sure."

The location was a little to the edge of the city but that may be a good thing for some looking for peace & quiet. The decor is a bit dated

Nothing to dislike

"A fun and colourful resort close to Grenada airport. We stayed here for a few nights at the start of our trip to Grenada and really enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious and reasonably comfortable; it had nice doors out with direct pool access and even had a small kitchenette. The grounds of the hotel are well thought out and it's nice to have the choice of pools, each with different views and vibes! The restaurant is great and we had some delicious meals, "Street Food Wednesday" was a highlight of our trip! There was also a wide range of tours and activities; we did a full island tour which was really worth it."

There are limited amenities near this hotel - other than the university, there is no town/restaurants/beach to walk to. The hotel was great and organizing taxis however and there is a free shuttle to the beach!

It is slight expensive and the restaurant don't have paper menu. Please tell them to have menu on the table or present it when asked.

The fact that, despite the heat, rooms were not supplied with drinking water & this had to be ordered from room service at $5 a small bottle. We had just arrived from staying at the Hamilton Princess hotel in Bermuda &, as is normal for luxury hotels of this standard, that had no problem in supplying drinking water to guests free of charge.

A little tired in places - could do with a bit of a spruce up such as a lick of paint on all the walls, new carpets in the common areas (stairs) etc. Seemed to be a lot of staff but not a lot of guests (although the staff were lovely).

"la piscina y su entorno en la naturaleza. La habitación muy confortable y la ubicación del hotel a pasos de la playa y lugares para comer."

La insistencia en limpiar la habitación temprano cuando este es un lugar para descansar vacacionar. algunas areas comunes necesitan algo de pintura y mantenimiento, pero en general se disfruta mucho .

"The location is right in the heart of Georgetown, within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions. The accommodation is beautifully designed,easily the best I’ve seen in Penang. The staff were incredibly friendly and always made sure we were well taken care of."

If I were to nitpick, the dinner menu could be a bit more interesting. Other than that, everything was great.
