"El trato del personal de todo el hotel, la cercanía del lugar a los centros comerciales y tiendas, lo bonita pero sencilla que era nuestro cuarto, nos proporcionaron tés, patatas fritas y utensilios para el baño; sorprendentemente los ascensores iban super rápido y todo, absolutamente todo estaba impecable. Había carts y juegos de mesa que podías jugar en la recepción del hotel cómodamente"

"El termostato no hacia que la habitación fuese mas fría, calentaba bien, pero no enfriaba lo suficiente como para que se notase. la alcachofa de la ducha estaba algo suelta, nada importante pero si un buen detalle que habría que arreglar, porque se caía constantemente."

"-It was located almost at the top of the city/end of the city center when walking from the bus station. There is a long slope up from the bottom, keep in mind if arriving with heavy luggage -The receptionist made us wait 15-20 min before checking us in, as he was on a call with someone for the duration. No other staff available. There were 2 other groups waiting to check in... Could have called someone else or put the caller on hold to quickly check us in"

"Very warm welcome and staff. Very helpful and nice. The possibility to eat in the hotel was very welcome after a day out skiing. The food was good and the rooms very comfy and clean."

"The only downside (not of this hotel but in general in Andorra la Vella) is the ever-present problem of the parking. Staff were very nice and they informed us of the options. The hotel has only some reserved parking spaces available for guests. We found an open air parking a couple of streets away that had space available and was not so expensive."

"The location is good because it is practically at the beginning of the shops and there are several restaurants nearby."

"I arrived in the city around 9:30 pm and it took me a while to find the hotel. When we arrived, I was informed that there was no parking space because the parking lot was full. I asked the receptionist why there was no parking space, even though I had booked the hotel with breakfast and parking included. He simply told me that the parking lot was full and that if I wanted, he could give me a map of the city to look for a parking spot. This was frustrating, because I paid a little over 100 euros for private parking, when I could have used the hotel's parking lot. Even if I had paid extra for this service, it wouldn't have been that high."
