It is slight expensive and the restaurant don't have paper menu. Please tell them to have menu on the table or present it when asked.

En el baño faltaba donde poner el jabón o el shampo, mal producto de gel para bañarse y no había shampoo, Mucho ruido de la gente de animación y ruido en general en el hotel, pocas sombrillas en la playa para protegerse del sol Tampoco me pareció bueno el sistema de reserva de los restaurantes temáticos de ir todos los días hacer fila para esa noche Nosotras nos quedamos 8 noches y gente que estuvo menos noches conseguían reservas más fácilmente

"The first thing that stands out is the friendly staff - polite and nothing was too much trouble. Probably the best we’ve encountered. We were even given a very late check out of 4pm as our flight was a night time one. The location is beautiful: white sandy beaches and clear blue sea. The food was good and plentiful and the hotel and surroundings were clean and well kept. A very enjoyable stay!"

The water in the swimming pools/water slides was a little bit too cold

The breakfest is great, they have also a private beach the pool was clean and all the area was clean the room was good too

"Great pools, no rush to grab a lounger in the morning, comfy bed, good shower, excellent location right in the middle of The Gap. The crazy golf course was superb! Gardens were large and well kept."

Bar was expensive so no-one really used it. Pure Ocean restaurant was just ok. Apartment was a bit tired in places. Felt it was expensive for what it was but worth paying the extra for pool/garden view.

"The apartments are located in a beautiful area, offering a peaceful atmosphere and views of the greenery surrounding the entire valley. The apartments are clean and functional, with internet access at satisfactory speed. This is a good choice for a relaxing stay. Nearby the SPA, there are a few walking trails, and for those seeking more, Velika planina is close by. The breakfast is satisfactory, and the staff was friendly and accommodating."

The pools are modest compared to other spa resorts, but a new complex is currently under construction.

El idioma fue una traba para nosotros . . Nos pareció muy raro que no haya personal que hable español. A penas nos entendíamos con el traductor.

The sea has moved in so much over the years that there really is no place to sunbathe on the beach by the hotel. You can walk further down the beach - given space limited sun beds on the decking area.

"The rooms were very clean and the property overall was well maintained. Our rooms were seaside and the sunrise and sunset was quite a spectacular experience!"

I wish that we could access the beach from the property.

"The place is fast developing and is attractive . Has got many pools that you can choose . Cocoanut trees are everywhere that brings best beach outlook. The restuarabt has all type of food with open air breakfast. Stuff at resturant are well monitored and serves with a smile. The place has got its on weather that you can love Once in Siavonga the road signs are well placed gor direction"

I qm afraid of heights i was given the highest level room. Network was a glitch. The admin stuff took 24hrs ti solve which made me away from connectivity and miss some work.. i was far away from the resturant and places of activities My parking bay was taken

"I have never been to a Taj before, so I have nothing to compare it to. The lobby is impressive and the location with direct access to the beach is great. The staff is lovely and the housekeeping do so much for you, Saudtha I believe, checked on us regularly and brought us more water or towels."

When a twin is converted into a double room, one of the guests end up without space to put their things and the light switches are at the wrong place.

The location was a little to the edge of the city but that may be a good thing for some looking for peace & quiet. The decor is a bit dated

"A large resort, with a number of Pools and large beach area, with all sporting amenities. A number of eating options on site and we had two excellent meals at the two signature restaurants in the resort."

All the beach bars closing at least 1 hour prior to sunset.

At that price I expected a ceiling fan ,especially with the high humidity, and a hot shower , even under a black solar bag . And a linen change should have happened, after a few hot and humid nights , the sheets become greasy and unpleasant to sleep on .

Organised tours available for guests from tourist agencies, for self organised guests rent-a-car is the only option for sightseeing. Some facilities require better maintenance.

Swimming,impossible, as almost everywhere on the island the water is too shallow and sea urchins.
