"Amazing stay at Villa 313! The rooms were modern, very clean, and comfortable. The staff was extremely welcoming and always ready to help. Great location and a peaceful atmosphere for a relaxing stay. The jacuzzi suite was fantastic. Definitely a place I would visit again. Highly recommended!"

"1000% reccomened! I stayed for 5 nights with my 3 friends. The apartament was very clean, beds were really big and comfy, bathroom was cleaner than in a lot of hotels. Kitchen was very good equiped, just as the rest of the apartament. The air conditioning worked well and provided relief. The owner was so nice and polite, and it was really easy to communicate at any time! If I am ever back in Durres I will think about staying here again."

"Property was great. Very close to the university and local supermarkets. Just 10 min walking distance to the main square. Good selection of shops, bakeries and small shops. Property itself was large, had nice balcony with good view and was very well equipped. Host was super friendly and helpful"
