"The apartment is nice, and the beds were comfy. Also, the location is wonderful in a central district. The owner/staff went overboard to accommodate us - both met us in the street as we initially did not find the apartment, and also got up in the early morning and helped us to organise a taxi to the airport. We are very grateful, and we would book this place again if we are ever in Yerevan again. Thank you 🙏"

"everything was perfect. the accommodation is new, modern, clean, a few steps from the center of the Arena. the owner is incredibly willing and helpful. as a thank you we also received a welcome gift. we travel a lot and have been in different accommodations and this is among the top 3 accommodations where we have spent our vacation so far."

"Perfect villa ideal for group of 2_5people . On the first floor you have comfortable kitchen (you have everything for cooking) even there was washing machine Small fire zona and bbq seperate zone was perfect. We also enjoy sauna and jakuzi. Jakuzi is in closed heating terrace and there is table and bbq exactly next to jakuzi so I cooked for my wife while she was in jakuzi. Really good experience. Staff is frendly and helpful Restaurant for orders works till 1am and it was perfect"
