A couple of details... No shelf in the shower to put your soap and shampoo. On the floor or balancing on the shower handle.

"Good location. A few minutes walk to the public beach, bus stops, next to a supermarket. Parking available. Night life nearby. A few restaurants reachable on foot. The staff was very nice and polite. Had a little issue with the aircon and the manager was quick to sort it out. Room was cleaned and towels changed daily."

The glass door in the bathroom rubs against the floor and makes a loud noise. Lots of dried leaves in the pool. The internet is too slow.

"Era cómodo para 5 personas y la atención fue excelente. El gerente, Manu, fue realmente excepcional: siempre predispuesto y muy atento. En nuestra primera cena, a pesar de que estábamos cerca del horario de cierre del restaurante, nos atendió de todas formas y hasta nos ofreció un aperitivo. Ese gesto marcó la diferencia y nos hizo sentir muy bienvenidos."

Está muy lejos del centro, imposible llegar caminando, aunque hay varias estaciones de metro y buses cerca para trasladarse. Es un único ambiente grande sin divisiones, por lo que no hay privacidad.

estaba a 200 mt del hotel pero me ayudaron con el equipaje y la tarjeta no funciono un dia pero pedí que me trajeran otra porque estaba con bolsas y vinieron de inmediato. Lo único que deberían darte el teléfono para comunicarte directamente, tuve que llamar a 3 números distinto que aparecían en la web

"The accommodations are wonderful. The view from the back balcony is breathtaking as it overlooks the ocean. It is very comfortable, clean, spacious and inviting. Renalda greeted us when we arrived and was a great contact in the Dominica."

It is about a 30-45 minute walk into the town of Roseau. It is a short walk uphill to accommodations if you do not have vehicle.

فقط هناك شيء واحد لم يعجبني واتمنى ان يعملو على تحسينه.. المفروض يضعوا كارت على الباب الذي يحتوي على عبارة ( عدم الازعاج او الرجاء تنظيف غرفتي) لاننا نضطر كل يوم لابلاغ الارسيبشن ان يقوموا بتنظيف الغرفة واذا نسينا فأنهم لا يقوموا بتنظيفها الا بطلب من الزبون

"Great staff on reception - very friendly and helpful, especially since I was the only guest in the hotel during the low season. The room was at an excellent rate and was very comfortable, clean and had everything I needed. The reception staff got me a kettle when I asked and I slept well."

Construction works are going on in the area and at the hotel in winter. Theh hamman, spa and bar and restaurant are all closed in winter too - all understandable and no huge deal and there's plenty in the area open all the time.

"Everything! The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and go out their way to never say no! Management was very accommodating and visible. The room looked much better than the pictures and was very clean. All the amenities necessary was provided in the room with a bonus plate of chocolates. The bed was comfortable! Overall, the Anne guest house was outstanding! There is honestly not enough space for me to write all the compliments I have for this guest house."

The tv in the room is small and the tv options are limited in the room but it is not something that makes me not want to come back. I will definitely return.
