"El lugar es grande y cómodo. Tiene un baño, y muchas camas. Tiene calefacción. Todo bien. No hay ruidos."

La entrada al edificio no da buena impresión. El ascensor es para dos personas.

"El anfitrión fue excelente. El lugar es cómodo y práctico, tiene parking, el aire acondicionado funcionan muy bien. Silencioso para descansar."

A la pequeña cocina le faltaban utensilios y un poco de limpieza. Queda un poco lejos de todo si no tenes auto.

Bathrooms lacked exhaust fans, making it hard to use the mirrors.

"The place was very, very quiet (you only heard the rustling of th sea) and the view on the sea was extremely beautiful, one of the best sea views I ever saw (and I travelled a lot!). When I was there I also saw very many butterflies. The room was well equipped with fridge and tea facilities. The lady can make good meals. The village of Sauteurs is only half an hour walking from the place over a quiet road. Sauteurs is a little dull but has a certain Caribbean charm."

There is no airco. The cottages are on a slope, so sometimes you have to climb from your cottage to th reception and restaurant.

"Excellent apartment with everything you could need- comfortable bed, great shower, small kitchenette with microwave & oven, dishwasher & kettle. Located half way between the train/bus station & old town but shops/restaurants are close by. Lovely host who was very accommodating and response to my queries. Would definitely stay here again."

It did mention washing machine, but there wasn’t one in the apartment, but there may have been one available for the apartment complex. I didn’t need to do washing so didn’t follow up about it.

"Pristine; large, pleasantly decorated rooms; hot and cold water on each floor and coffee at reception; beautiful view out the back of the mountains. Set in a very pleasant square with a number of good restaurants, well-located for the historic centre and the destinations up the valley. 30 minute pleasant walk to the cable car."

yo diría que si reservan no cuenten con el parking. Es imposible!!! sin embargo no dejaría de reservar por eso.

"From the beginning when I booked, contacted in private, for further information, the host has been very nice. The place is located in a small hill with an amazing view and rivers sound. Huge space for a family and not just for a couple as we were. Shortly, highly recommended!!! Well done guys and may God bless you."

"Espacioso, calefacción a buena, cocina equipada. Cafetera con cápsulas. Muy cerca de la plaza vieja unos 300 mt y del puente Carlos unos 800 mts. A 250 mts un centro comercial y supermercado. Buen servicio de internet. Dos duchas y dos baños independientes. Muy bien decorado. Muy amable atención. Un hermoso antiguo edifico decorado con muy buen gusto. Súper recomendable!"

"Beautiful and relaxing setting looking at surrounding hills. Spacious apartment with all you need and nice pool to cool off in. Dimitris and family are wonderful and friendly hosts. Short stroll into Main Street of zaros. Highly recommend the property."

"everything was just perfect and the stuff was super amazing people like Tima, Cecilia and Fanya also the chef, was my first time being in Mozambique and I was lucky to choose 40/40 accomodation for my stayand it motivated me to come back again that side spends my holidays."

Network was poor but I can't blame the guesthouse it's was also everywhere I went in Mozambique.

"The place is wonderful! Spacious, very clean, and well-maintained. The area is beautiful and quiet, with all shops very close by. The hosting family is so kind, and we truly felt at home. The neighbors in the neighborhood are also very friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more pleasant. The garden and outdoor space are just perfect. There is also a dining hall and a fully equipped kitchen that we used for a barbecue, plus bathrooms available on the ground floor near the kitchen and dining area. Everything was simply perfect and made our vacation safe and amazing. A big thank you for the warm hospitality!"
