The air-conditioning system was not working properly but it was running. They should have provided drinking water bottles.

"We were warmly welcomed by the owner of the property - we felt right at home. He was very keen to host and you could really tell this in the way he interacted with us. Communication prior to our arrival was also very informative and friendly. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The bed was amazing. So comfortable. The room and bathroom were clean and small touches around the room were cozy and well thought out. The surroundings are peaceful and our night stay was exactly what we needed after a big hike that day. Great for relaxation."

The hot water doesn’t last for very long but the water pressure is super good!

"A fantastic find! Good location in tropical countryside just outside of Batumi near to the Botanical gardens. Facilities perfect. Good sized rooms and lovely pool. Faultless! Diana and Casto were the perfect hosts and very family orientated. We had a medical emergency and they went above and beyond to help us in a difficult situation."

yo diría que si reservan no cuenten con el parking. Es imposible!!! sin embargo no dejaría de reservar por eso.

The room was basic (ie basic bathroom, wardrobe, tv, no desk) and was in the process of being cleaned when I arrived, but then this could be reflected in the 'budget' cost I paid for the accommodation.

"Espacioso, calefacción a buena, cocina equipada. Cafetera con cápsulas. Muy cerca de la plaza vieja unos 300 mt y del puente Carlos unos 800 mts. A 250 mts un centro comercial y supermercado. Buen servicio de internet. Dos duchas y dos baños independientes. Muy bien decorado. Muy amable atención. Un hermoso antiguo edifico decorado con muy buen gusto. Súper recomendable!"

TV was good with reception. Outside plenty of shops and restaurants. Dera and Gourmet and supermarket/bakery, fast food and other shops along the way. Rickshaws always available across the road. The big malls like ammana mall just a few minutes ride."

The only problem was that the toilet was the flat hole in ground the other rooms upstairs had the siting version but they were double rooms staff said we could change rooms and they will give us extra mattress but we liked the location of first room others had to go past reception.

Set in a very pleasant square with a number of good restaurants, well-located for the historic centre and the destinations up the valley. 30 minute pleasant walk to the cable car."
