Alphabed & Bike

"No es un hotel sino una habitación tipo Airbnb. Cuando llega el dia del checkin te envian un codigo para ingresar al edificio y habitación. Las habitaciones son un lujo: muy grandes, completas y en perfecto estado. La poca interacción que fue necesaria con el dueño fue por whastapp y muy facil y eficiente. Esta ubicado en un lugar super tranquilo, seguro y cerca del centro. Un poco alejado de la terminal de trenes (pero siendo que el centro de Gante esta alejado de la terminal de tren, no hay forma de estar cerca de ambas cosa). Ofrece bicicletas gratis que no tuve oportunidad de usar por falta de tiempo, pero de haber tenido mas tiempo hubiera sido un verdadero plus poder aprovecharlo. A poca distancia hay un Carrefour donde comprar lo necesario para el desayuno y/o lo que se necesite."

"Antes de llegar y ponerme comodo me dió un poco de ansiedad no tener claridad de como era el sistema y siendo turista que no tiene chip para el celular en Europa y por lo tanto no tenia internet en la calle me preocupó pensar que podia ser complicado acceder. Pero resultó ser todo muy facil y simple."

"This is so superbly tranquil— I could come back from a day of exploring and just unwind and switch off. The hotel is tastefully done to an excellent specification and I was delighted with the facilities available in the room. Located just off the Reep, a popular spot to sit and unwind by the canal, and just minutes away from the belfry, you could not be better placed to soak up the atmosphere of Ghent."

"The common kitchen and dining area was great. The free coffee and machine were very welcome. The neighbourhood was very quiet with a handy express supermarket very close by. The host was very responsive and accommodating. The free bikes were a bonus too. 😀👏"
