"Alain , he was the perfect host , knows what is what, hits the spot on every level. The property is wonderful , the atmosphere and the decor tells a story of many many experiences, each ornament, each picture each item you just know there is a memory there. Highly recommended. Loved it and Alain"

"The property had a nice homely feel to it. The host was great to deal with and gave us some good tips re exhibitions and things to do in Bruges. The location suited us as it was very quet and close to the canal/river. Breakfast was genourous with excellent variety. We would happily return for another stay if in Bruges again."

"Excellent host, Alain, friendly, approachable and eager to please. Comfortable triple room for couple and sister, which was quiet with great shower. Breakfast has a huge choice of breads, cakes, cereals, eggs, meat and cheese - all fresh and tasty. Very efficient WiFi."

"We could park in the yard without extra charge. We had a nice chat with the host, and he gave us some good tips. We had bicycles, and the host gave us a cleaner liquid to get my rusty bike-lock working again. The environment of the place is really nice, the kanal is in front and behind there is a new and affluent suburbian neighborhood. The things in the room and the house were a bit oldish but everything functioned."

"The breakfast was OK, but I would have loved an egg and some cucumber or bell pepper added to the options. Because it is difficult to offer things that everybody likes, maybe there could be option A or B that the guests could choose in advance."
