Thin walls. There were noises from other people in the corridor/bathrooms/doors. The room could use a little decoration for cozier feeling.

"We traveled on our bicycles and Highland lodge was the perfect stop between Afriski and Mokhontlong. Rooms were very large and so clean. Bed was very large and comfy. Staff was nice, friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend 👌🏼"

We would have enjoyed a desert after our dinner but it was not so important.

"Great location, owner's pleasant personality, cleanliness, the feeling of home away from home,availability of all basic amenities, quietness, size of the accommodation, and the cost, parking on the enclosed compound added to the feeling of safety. As the first customer, the owners had a toast with me. That was great, unexpected, and exceptional. Will recommend it highly. 9/10"

If bed mats to be place on both side of the bed and infront the dresser ... but others the property is well equipped.

"Rose and the rest of the staff - they couldn’t do more to help and to make our stay the best! The place is in lovely old-style buildings with beautifully furnished rooms in a peaceful location. We loved the short cycle on complementary bikes to West Bay for the sunsets."

"Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Kleines praktisches Zimmer mit kleinem Badezimmer(chen) zu einem angemessenen Preis. Bei Buchung wurde auf das kleine Badezimmer hingewiesen. Sehr bequemes Bett mit offenen Bettende und guter Matratze. Sehr ruhig. Frühstück mit verschiedener Wurst, Käse und Marmeladen und Gebäck. Vermieterin sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich."

Das kleine Badezimmer(chen) ist wirklich sehr klein. Ist aber kein Kritikpunkt, weil es wurde bei der Buchung schon drauf hingewiesen.

The apartment is also very affordable for what it offers, with reliable and fast WiFi, making it a great choice for both leisure and work stays. "The location is amazing ! The gardens are beautiful and full of flowers and birds. We loved hanging out by the pool, with a lovely view down to the ocean and also spending time on the porch of our casita. The porch doubled the size of the living space and we enjoyed being out there especially in the mornings and the evening. This is a beautiful property that is very tranquil and relaxing. Jessica took great cafe of us and was a wonderful host. Highly recommend."

We loved sleeping with the ceiling fan at night. Cross ventilation would be really helpful and a fan in the kitchen. It could get really hot in the kitchen area. Otherwise, we loved this property and it was nice to get up into the hills and away from the beach at night. Truly and unique and special property.
