"La vista del piso 28 es increíble como varios comentarios indicaban. La servicialidad del staff particularmente quiero destacar a Cyril que nos ayudo mucho durante la estadia y paquetes que teniamos que recibir de compras que habiamos realizado antes y durante la estadía. Las instalaciones impecables desde la habitación hasta el gimnasio y jacuzzi."

"Es un poco dificil de encontrar la manera de ingresar la primera vez, hay un botón junto a la puerta para que te abran desde el lobby pero no es muy claro. El ascensor a veces reseteaba el botón del piso al que uno se dirigia y habia que pasar la tarjeta 2 veces. Por ultimo recomiendo no realizar envios de paquetes en día domingo ya que el delivery no tiene el mismo ingreso que el resto de la semana."

"The staff and team on site were very friendly and helpful, everything was nice and clean even the washrooms in the foyer area. The location was excellent for exploring downtown Vancouver and the views from the hotel across the city to the water at either side are amazing, we were lucky enough to be on the 30th floor."

"Hotel room was impeccably clean. We had a room with a lounge area and kitchenette of really good size. The bathroom was generous in size and all facilities were modern, comfortable and pleasant to the eye. Staff were very helpful (within a busy hotel). We couldn’t fault in any way. My partner used the swimming pool (another plus). We would stay again. Hotel is convenient for the city centre train (direct to the airport) and walking around Downtown is easy from here."

"Our room was on the 29th floor ( we were okay with that for a weekend ). The view was really amazing - but be aware of that if you don’t like heights! We checked in without a car and went to the North Tower. If on foot we think it’s best to go to the other side."

"The location of the Embarc was great- close to cafes and restaurants, easy to get around and central to accessing tourist attractions. Staying at the Embarc at the beginning of our holiday enabled us to rest, organise ourselves with ease, and orientate to Vancouver."
