"We have used your Hotel for many years and have always been satisfied. For a 4-Star Hotel the comfort. friendly service.restariant etc. is very good with a reasonable price relation. We shall always be please to come back. For us the location is excellent."

"Great location, decent breakfast. The staff is super friendly, especially in the breakfast room and the reception. I can't really say enough nice things about the people. During our stay my wife had her birthday and they were very kind as to offer her something nice."
"The hotel is not recent and was not renovated and it shows. The facilities look dated. The carpet looks very worn out. Considering the type of hotel and the location I was expecting something more modern and less beaten up."
"The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious and clean, though a bit cold—it could use some warmth. The TV was very small, and the bed and pillow weren't comfortable. The room key was a regular key, but it didn't bother me at all; in fact, I liked the idea. Very close to the lake and Bahnhofstrasse, location 10"

"Hotel frente a los baños termales, con el servicio incluido para entrar a ellos . El desayuno fantástico, no faltaba nada."
"- Cleanliness - Staff - Service - Inclusion of the thermal SPA amenities for BOTH days - Breakfast buffet - Literally everything"
"Near To train station also Halal Food available in next door"
"Muy amable y correcto el propietario. Nos dejaron entrar antes del horario de check in. La habitación era bien amplia. Si bien el baño estaba afuera, estaba enfrente de la puerta de la habitación, con buena ducha y limpio. Si bien en Zurich puede llegarse a todos lados caminando no es super céntrico, pero está muy bien su ubicación."
Juan Hotel Gregory
