"Located right by the Train Station with a very friendly Team. Zermatt is crazy expensive to stay in....this is about as sensible a price as you are likely to get."

"Receptionist is so kindness and beautiful very much."

"The receptionist was extremely nice and chatty, made me feel welcome and was ready to solve any problem. You step out of the train station and into this hotel. The ski lift is a 7 min walk but there's a free bus that takes you to it and the bus stop is outside of this hotel. The place was very clean and warm. Definitely will be coming back here!"
