"Comfortable and clean rooms. Very responsive host. We easily purchased a few hours extension to our stay. A big breakfast is provided in the room to have at your convenience."

"It would be good to have an indicator of which direction Hot and Cold are on bathroom taps, especially since it takes a while to come to temp. We had to pay for our luggage to be stored for a week, even though we were returning for a night. No other place has asked for payment for this."

"Really nice accommodation, large rooms and bathroom. Breakfast is left in the rooms each day for the next morning, well stocked fridge. This works really well if you are making a super early start for a hike as we did."

"The property was exactly like you see in the pictures: it has all the comforts and amenities including hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner and even body lotion! The room was warm and cozy, and the fact that breakfast was left in the fridge the evening before was great since pick up times for excursions can be as early as 6 am. It is just 10 mins away from the city centre, and it’s a very pleasant and easy walk. The area and the hostal feel very safe too. The whole city does. The Rotundo Bistrot just one block away is amazing!"

"There seemed to be a functioning reception in the main building but this is no longer in use. Having a working reception would be helpful as some tour guides could not reach me on my phone and they could have asked staff to get me. Moreover, responses to messages on WhatsApp and Booking were quite slow. The lack of a reception also means you are charged remotely on your card for payment and this is far from transparent in my view."

"The Hostal is secure. Rooms are very nicely appointed. Comfortable beds and a good sized and functional bathroom. Heated towel rails! Breakfast supplied is more than sufficient. Holding our luggage whilst completing the W Trek was very much appreciated."

"Communication was lacking at times. In the end we got all the information we needed when we needed it and everything went smoothly. I was having issues with Booking.com and processing a credit card, I got no response El Establo despite several attempts. This was a bit unnecessarily stressful at a time when I had limited access to phone and internet."

"Great spacious and clean room. Had everything we could need from a hairdryer and toiletries, to a very generous breakfast laid out the night before (as we were up early to get a coach). Would highly recommend if you’re coming from or going to the coach station as it’s a short walk but also not far into town for dinner."

"Great hostel with individual rooms that are decorated and furnished to a high standard. No restaurant but they serve breakfast in your room (delivered the evening before) so you can choose when to get up and have a lazy breakfast in bed (or at the table in the room). Food kept fresh in the fridge in the room. It is also in a good location, walkable to both the town centre and the bus station."

"The staff were lovely, we arrived early after travelling overnight to drop off our bags and they gave us juice and biscuits to keep us going! Great for people doing Torres del Paine breakfast is big and delivered the day before so can leave as early as you like. Pretty close to bus stop. Comfy rooms and nice hot showers."

"Good comfortable room and good bathroom. Having breakfast served to our room felt very decadent and was good (it is delivered the night before so you can have breakfast whenever you like). It is close to the town centre and the bus station, both of which are walkable."

"Lovely little place a 10-minute walk from everything in PN. Room was spacious, clean, great breakfast with freshly made Nespresso coffee. Bathroom was clean, staff was lovely!"

"It took a while to get hot water both in the faucet and the shower. It was also quite loud from the outside, we could hear as soon as people were walking outside the room."

"Beautiful rooms in a wonderful setting. Breakfast provided was perfect! 10min walk out of main town but worth it, make sure to check out the new restaurant a couple of doors up called Rotondo, was amazing!"
