"The communication with the owners was really good and simple, they were always quick to respond and helpful. The apartment offers great value for money especially compared to staying in Santa Maria city center. Just keep in mind that this is not a five star hotel, it’s a basic, budget friendly place that works perfectly for an overnight stay."
The apartment could benefit from a fresh up and some renovation to make the stay more comfortable.

"Great surroundings in a green valley, a beautiful garden, far away from everything but easy to reach by aluguer/ collectivo, we did not need any private car/ any taxi."

The beds were not the comfiest but for the price we paid for the week we could not complain

"Very spacious and modern appartment, hair dryer (!), very comfy beds and fully equipped kitchen. Our flights were changed and we arrived nine hours later than expected, after midnight. Still, the owner was so kind as to receive us at 01:00 o’clock! I had the taxi driver to call him, as we of course did not know our way and did not have a local sim card yet. Price taxi at night 10 €, 5 min ride. The following day we simply walked to the airport, 35 min, to catch our flight to Mindelo. Centrally located and quiet. Absolutely and highly recommend Teixeira 2!"
