"Short drive to most attractions in the area. Beautiful view. The house and yard are a great space to hang out. Good communication from host."
A few minor things were missing (towels, enough cutlery) but overall a great place to stay.

"We had an exceptional stay at this apartment in Nizwa. Everything was absolutely spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The surroundings were peaceful and very pleasant, making it a perfect place to relax with our family. The kitchen was excellent — well-equipped and convenient for cooking. The host was truly outstanding: incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Communication was fast and effortless, and we felt genuinely welcomed throughout our stay. These were honestly some of the best apartments we’ve stayed in during our travels. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Nizwa — it exceeded our expectations in every way!"

"Everything: location, location, location. Friendly staff, great house, very clean, all questions were asnwered within 1 min by owner. I have not seen anything else in Nizwa that looked better than this house."
