"The owner Sandy lives in the same house, the apartment is in the first floor and she is really helpful with advises. The view and the beach is very nice. It also has a big terrace. It is also very close to bars and restaurants."
"At night there were big bugs in a room and it was very hot. There are ventilators but they are not enough. It is a private apartment so you need to pay in cash (the owner accept the payment in euros)."

"Super freundliche Gastgeberin, super nah am Strand, ruhig und wirklich mit Aussicht. Dazu eine tolle Terrasse, die das große Zimmer mit 5 (!) Betten ergänzte und ein richtiges Leben und Wohnen ermöglichte. Tolle Unterkunft, wir sind dafür sehr dankbar!!"

"Me encantó la ubicación, en una segunda planta con un balcón que le da prácticamente la vuelta 360 a la habitación, el baño amplio y muy cómodo. Está en frente a la playa, sales del portón y básicamente estas en la playa. Además me fascinó que esta como ha 400 metros de lugares como restaurantes, supermercados. Te puedes ir caminando por la playa o por la calle principal. Ademas que puedes ver tortugas 🐢, y muchísimas lapas rojas.. es un lugar extraordinario con todas las comodidades para descansar y pasar un momento de relajación y felicidad en plena naturaleza."

"Todo. Respecto al dueño Rober, una persona sumamente amable que siempre tuvo un si como respuesta, muy predispuesto. Nos dejó dejar las maletas varias horas antes del check in para que podamos aprovechar bien el día de playa. También en el momento de dejar las maletas temprano, le consulté si podíamos dejar la ropa secando, y obviamente me dijo que si, lo que me permitió volver a la tarde/noche de la playa y tener la ropa seca (que desde hace días traía húmeda). Finalmente el amable Robert, a raíz de un percance que tuvimos, nos llevó hasta la terminal en su camioneta. En cuanto a la propiedad, súper recomendada. Tiene un agradable patio, una cocina súper equipada con todo lo que puedas necesitar. Un living con aire que llega hasta las piezas. Además las piezas tienen un ventilador cada una. De seguro no pasas calor. Además tiene agua caliente. La casa tiene una muy buena ubicación, en un lugar muy tranquilo, a unos minutos a pie de la playa. Buen precio. Recomendado 100%."

"An absolutely fantastic villa. The photos on Booking.com really do not do this place justice — the villa is much larger than it appears online. You have everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the surrounding nature is simply stunning. Be prepared to wake up to howler monkeys and to see toucans and macaws flying overhead — it truly feels like being in the middle of a nature documentary. Despite it not being mentioned in the listing, the villa does have free WiFi and it’s excellent, which was a very pleasant surprise. The host, Gustavo, was very helpful and responsive. This place is a true gem and an absolute must if you are staying in Uvita."

"A great villa located near the river. The pool was amazing, and the territory is very beautiful and well-maintained. We saw many animals around the villa during our stay: toucans, agoutis, hummingbirds, a Jesus lizard and various birds. It was wonderful to learn many interesting facts about the local wildlife from the friendly hosts. They also gave us great recommendations on places to visit and organized excursions for us. We really liked them: river tour, coconut tour and night tour. All of them are highly recommended."

Conveniently located close to restaurants and the beach, the hotel offers clean and airconditioned rooms, a private swimming pool and a washing/drying machine (which came in very handy halfway through our holiday). Communication also went smoothly. Highly recommended!"
