"Sehr gute Ausstattung, großes Bad mit viel Ablagefläche, gemütlicher Südbalkon, sehr ruhige Lage"

"Der zur Wohnung gehörende Stellplatz befand sich unter einem Baum, der als Schlafplatz von Tauben genutzt wurde. Dementsprechend sah das Auto aus. Teile des Gebäude, insbesondere der Eingangsbereich und die überdachte Parkfläche, sahen etwas ungepflegt aus."

"Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut, und die Ausstattung ist außergewöhnlich. Ein Stellplatz gehört dazu. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Sie kennen die Umgebung seit vielen Jahren, und können daher gute Vorschläge machen."
