"Self check-in would make the experience easier. We were there 10 minutes before the official check-in time so 14.50 and were told that we cannot enter because they are still preparing the apartment, which would have been fine if they would have let us in at 15.00 like the check-in rules at Booking are written. Instead, altogether we had to wait for almost 30 minutes until we were able to check-in."
