"Beautiful furnished apartment over several floors. The kitchen was equipped with a raclette grill which meant we could have our traditional New Years Eve dinner. Good communication with the owner and the the lady who looks after the flat for him. On both our arrival and departure day they accommodated our travelling needs and were very flexible."

"Lovely clean apartment with very secure doors, apartment big enough for my 3 people family, good location close to metro line 9 and RER red line makes easy to travel to anywhere in Paris even go to Disneyland. Few restaurants and around and a small bar just under the apartment. Only downside is the sofa bed not very comfortable to sleep and make lots of noise when you move your body on the bed and the toilet seat is too high your feet very hard to touch the floor when you seat on it. After all it's great apartment for holidays. I highly recommend it to everyone."

"The location - perfect for walking into the centre of Dinard and also for exploring other areas on foot. The amenities inside the apartment. The bottle of fizzy cider as a welcome gift. Lovely smelling toiletries. Wonderful wet room The "Get Naked" bath mat! The quirkiness of the place. The art works are not to my taste, but they did brighten up the property. Easy availability of on-street parking. But we were there before high season. Very communicative hostess, though we didn't actually meet, she was most responsive. The photos on the webpage were accurate. Very happy to return."
