"Ubicación 10/10. Cerca del Arco del triunfo, del tren y del Hop On Hop Off. Ideal si tenes pocos días en Paris. Tuvimos unos problemas con la llave de la habitación (se quedó sin pila y no podíamos entrar con la tarjeta) pero la buena disponibilidad y atención del personal compensó todo. Nos recomendaron restaurantes y nos guiaron con la movilización para qué nos convenía más por el precio."

"Friendly staff, they were very pleasant and welcoming. The room was modern and extremely clean. The hotel is near to shops, restaurants, and more than one train station. Reasonable taxi ride to the Eiffel Tower."
"Tiny lift/elevator and had to lift luggage up/down stairs. We also didn't like that there was only one lock on the door just above the door handle. Despite this, we would actually stay here again due to the cleanliness and polite staff."

"The Hotel De'Univers is in a great location in Caen City just opposite Caen harbour and 3 minutes from the castle & shops. There are good bars & restaurants very close by. Stefan, the hotel owner, was great & helpful & spoke perfect English. I paid a little extra for breakfast each day and got good value for that. The rooms are quite small but the bed is very comfortable and the rooms are clean and well maintained. I was able to park my motorbike right outside the hotel. There is a large car park opposite the hotel too. There is a large market on the harbour car park & street on Sundays that took me an hour to walk around....recommended to see. The front door has a key code, so you can come and go as you wish."

"Check in and out was straightforward. Room clean, serviced, and a good size. Staff on the desk were helpful and multi lingual. I can't rate the breakfast as I didn't take that option. A good boulangerie is next door. Location is ok for metro transport, 6-8 minute walk, but a little way out of the centre of Paris if that's where you want to be."
