"La location est fidèle aux photos, c'est spacieux et très bien situé. On pouvait même se rendre à pied dans le centre ville."
"Het is een prachtig ruim huis met twee verdiepingen. Zeer smaakvol ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien, met 2 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers en 2 aparte toiletten. Ruime woonkeuken, goed geoutilleerd. Zeer rustige omgeving in het drukke gebied rond het meer van Annecy. Parkeergelegenheid bij het huis zelf."

"It was a hot summer day, but the apartment was very cool with air conditioning and shutters. We received a very friendly welcome, the double beds were practical for 3 people. Parking on the property, restaurants and the sea within walking distance. Great location. Highly recommended!"
"Als je van rust houd is dit huisje meer dan een uitstekende locatie. Op de rivier voor je neus komen overdag pleziervaartuigen voorbij en aan de overkant van de rivier fietsers en wandelaars. Het wegverkeer is te verwaarlozen de postbode vuilniswagen een tractor en op 2 handen te tellen auto's op 24 uur. Nacht's is het zo donker dat je nog een echte sterrenhemel kunt zien. Ook de lokale mensen zijn uitermate vriendelijk vooral als je echt je best doet Frans te praten, je zit echt afgelegen in een landelijk gebied tussen normale mensen. Het huisje zijn ze beetje en beetje met de verhuur inkomsten aan het renoveren dus je gaat echt terug naar de basis, alles is puur functioneel en daar moet je rekening mee houden. Geen wifi, matig 4G bereik, geen airco kan voor andere meer op luxe georienteerden problematisch zijn."
