"The property is bright and light and well insulated and is detached so it is quiet. It is in nice green surroundings too. Everything possible has been thought about by the owners as a holiday let with a washing machine and dryer if needed as well as crockery and coffee machine. It is very near to the beach and coastal walks but also very close to the supermarkets and the town of Crozon which has nice bars and restaurants."

"Friendly and informative host. Met us at the gate and gave advice for the area. Walking distance to restaurants and marina area. Verandah was great with a view to the canal. All linen and towels were provided and kitchen had enough cutlery and plates. We read on the other reviews that it was noisy but when we stayed it was quiet.... we looked at the clubs on the island hoping to go but they closed for the season on the 30th of august so the noise might be a high season thing (June to Aug) The apartment was perfect for our stay."

"Nous avons eu le gîte bleu qui est juste à côté. Vue sur la forêt, calme absolu, nous avons pris le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse. Mise au vert garantie, les enfants étaient ravis ! Les lits étaient faits à notre arrivée. Le Wifi a bien fonctionné et la boîte à clés est très pratique pour permettre une arrivée et un départ flexibles. Un grand merci à la mairie de Luxey !"

"The accommodation is very good and comfortably furnished. The cottage is located in the middle of the forest and is very suitable for relaxation. The nights are so dark that you can see the Milky Way very well. Take a binoculars with you on vacation! At sunrise, you will be awakened by the roosters. ;-)"

"Le propriétaire est très sympathique. L'emplacement était encore mieux que ce que les photos montraient, un vrai petit coin de paradis. Les enfants se sont régalés.. L'appartement était très bien à tout point de vue, les nuits très agréables grâce aux ventilateurs, pas besoin de climatisation."
