"We loved our stay at Gabriel. The location on the edge of this beautiful village and across from the Vienne. The egrets resting in the trees. This hotel has clearly been created with love and a great aesthetic sense. Manuel is such a gracious host and took time to explain all the interesting elements and to recommend seeing the beautiful cave which was created to build the fortress. A luxurious and very personal stay"

"The host, Doris, was so friendly and helpful and the breakfast (including homemade items that varied from day to day) was superb. The hotel's location was stunning and you could see the dramatic landscape in every direction. We loved sitting on the balcony watching swifts and martins swoop by. Getting lost in the higgledy piggledy streets of Peyreleau was magical. The Hermitage was so characterful, both the building itself and the large collection of art and sculpture it housed. The area is a nature lover's paradise from hooting owls to howling wolves to soaring vultures. There are shops and restaurants a short walk away in Rozier. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return."

Host was really nice, kind and open to accomodate our requests. He gave us a tour of the facility and got us set up into our room personally.
