"Spacious apartment. All facilities provided. Clean and comfortable. The contact (Carla-Marie) was very responsive and extremely helpful. I had two minor queries and they were dealt with immediately."
"Very friendly hostess with a real interest in the wellbeing of her guests. Spotlessly clean facilities. Lovely breakfast with home made jams, yogurts and fruit. The property is right next to a winemaker who gave us a wine tasting straight after breakfast, before leaving . Easy parking on site."

"A beautiful apartment with a lovely garden located in a pleasant suburb of Nice, with nearby shops and close to tourist attractions such as the Matisse Museum and Archaeological museum. Having a parking space was very handy. It is an easy drive from the apartment to visit neighbouring towns with Cannes, Monaco, Menton and others just a short distance (30mins to 1hr). The apartment has everything you need for a great stay and our host was very helpful and responsive. I highly recommend this apartment as a perfect place to stay in Nice."
"Staff were friendly and helpful. Great value for money"
"All people said about is noisy and not clean , but you have all you need to clean if you like , because the price is incredible, so like this the same can be double price, so if I go here again I will take this one , the air works better, all so good , at the price we paid!!! "Wonderful room. The staff were incredibly helpful. Great walks around the hotel for our dog."
"We visited in off-season and found the hotel to be perfect for a short stay. The room was simple but very comfortable. The hosts were friendly and communicative. You can’t beat the location: a stone’s throw from the beachfront but a nice distance from the centre of town. Soulac sur Mer is a very charming place. We’ll definitely be back."
