"Excellent location and very clean apartment. Host was very nice too!"
"A bit too hot during summer perhaps, we were lucky that outside temperatures were a bit lower but inside apartment was quite warm. Also beware there is no elevator to third floor, but for us was a nice workout"
"The apartment is located in the city center. There are many good restaurants around. The room is spacious and clean! The owner was very kind and welcomed us. we highly recommend here! we will come back here again someday!"

"So close the Avenue de Champagne. Lovely cheese and bolongeries near by. The parking is right across the street from the apartment. Very safe place to park. The apartment was very clean and nice to relax and enjoy after a day out. Nice modern kitchen. Host had champagne chilling for us when we arrived . Epernay is a great city to visit. We highly recommend staying here!"

"L’appartement en lui-même: 2belles chambres avec lit double, salle de bain, cuisine, salon.. bel espace bien décoré et bien équipé Bien situé , parking en face et à une rue de l’avenue de champagne. Et surtout la gentille attention du propriétaire: une bouteille de champagne qui nous attendait au frigo!"
"Beaucoup d’escaliers (3e étage) mais après on le savait très bien, c’était annoncé dans la description. Au moins, on fait du sport pour éliminer tout les verres de champagne dégustés :)"
"Perfecte locatie in het centrum van Epernay. Kamers waren verzorgd en proper. Alles was in de keuken aanwezig om zelf te koken als je dat zou willen. Rustige ligging op derde verdiep dus geen last van lawaai."
"De zetels in de living waren niet zo comfortabel. Parking is niet beschikbaar dus je kan op straat parkeren of in een ondergrondse parking."
