"Among the 10+ places I stayed in during my long road trip, this was the very best one, by far! It’s a historical villa in a gated community, with a beautiful ocean view and stunning surroundings, furnished in a stylish and traditional way, yet with all modern amenities you would expect in a good hotel — perfectly silent temperature control (both AC and heating), a fridge, and a comfortable modern walk-in shower. There is more than enough parking space in case you come by car."

"Wunderschön gelegen am Golfplatz und in der Nähe des Pools, dementsprechend ruhig (solange nicht gemäht wird, oder man mal laute Nachbarn hat). Tolle Terrasse auf der man viel Zeit verbringen kann. Wir konnten zu viert uns gut ausbreiten und erholen. Die Kinder hatten viel Spaß im Meer und im Pool. Die Küche ist groß genug und gut genug ausgestattet, dass man ohne Probleme tolle einfache Mahlzeiten zubereiten kann. Man hat zwei Duschen, eine sogar sehr neu, und diese waren sehr sauber."

"Great place surrounded by horses! The common space was very handy and clean. There was no breakfast as the bakery in town closed for the season - so that was a tiny challenge; but luckily we brought some food items"

"Great communication, very organised and lovely attention to detail. The children loved the sweet jars that invited them to help themselves; we were grateful for the well stocked kitchen and bathroom cupboards (coffee, butter, shower gel… loads more!) that made it feel like home. The welcome beers were great too! Lots of good information about the local area. The bakery next door was superb! Everything was in walking distance, with lots more places to visit a short drive away."

"Location, close to train station, shuttle bus to Disney, stores and restaurant. Nice neighborhood. The apartment had everything you needed. Great for family or a group of friends. Took the train to Paris, which was easy only about 10 minutes walk. Big shopping center and outlet close by. Free parking at the apartment, which was great. Friendly welcome."

"It’s all about a staff which is super helpful here. Apartments are well equipped for a couple of nights. I would recommend to make a little gift for guests (sweets or wine) instead of putting prices on everything which are higher than in a local grocery store as this “offer” makes the whole superb boutique hotel concept feel… cheaper."

"Overall it was a fine stay. Good location just opposite to train station. Walking distance to all major sites of Annecy."

"The apartment is spacious and comfortable for a family of 5. Well located so all in walking distance. There’s a private secured parking at 200m. It’s not located on the main street so it’s quiet during night (we stayed on a Saturday). Very good internet. The coffee machine is Senseo, but there are capsules provided."
