"Alojarse en Maison Pic es una experiencia muy gratificante, el personal, las instalaciones, la ambientación, el tamaño de la habitación, el equipamiento, los complementos... Desde que se estaciona en la puerta, hasta que se vuelve a subir al auto, uno recibe una atención extraordinaria, y puede disfrutar de una estadía superior, distendida, pero en la que todos los sentidos se activan y se excitan. A todo eso se suma, si se tiene la suerte necesaria, la experiencia culinaria, que nada tiene que ver con ingerir alimentos, y sí con un juego estético y narrativo, que provoca un estremecimiento, como fuegos artificiales de sensaciones, con cada bocado!"

"Al estilo de la leyenda del martillazo de Miguel Ángel al Moisés, el arquitecto que diseñó la habitación de más de 50mts2 decidió colocar el inodoro separado del resto del baño (baño con luz natural, bañadera en una punta y ducha en la otra, separadas por una espectacular doble bacha), hasta ahí ninguna objeción, pero lo instaló en un armario de escasos 60cm2 junto al armario vestidor del hall de la habitación, en el que resulta increíblemente incómodo hasta sentarse y volverse a parar."
