"80 € pour le ménage de 35 m2 nous a paru excessif. Pour exemple 30 € dans un appartement similaire même superficie à Hyères. De plus, nous aurions aimé avoir le choix de le faire nous même... ou pas."
"Emplacement parfait, près du centre mais dans une rue très calme. Le confort de l'appartement est remarquable et la propreté impeccable, beaucoup d'équipements et des petites attentions qui font la différence (produits de nettoyage, gel douche, savons liquides, tablettes lave vaisselle et machine à laver, bouteilles d'eau, pâte à tartiner etc...). Le propriétaire est très réactif et sympathique."

"Really easy to find and perfect location. The host was easy to contact and very helpful. The room was clean and had good facilities, the overall stay was perfect for us. We really liked the quality of the pool area."
"Excellent communication with owner who was friendly and cooperative. Situation was very good with a main pedestrianised boulevard just around the corner with cafes and a patisserie and small supermarkets. Private parking space was nearby. The apartment was clean and pleasantly old fashioned."

"The apprtment is good for couples. They have almost 150sq.meter terrace connected to the apprtment. You can literally put your bikes there. The area is just a 5minutes walk to Caen main train and bus station. The property also have their own parking space. Careefour and other groceries are just within the vicinity. Cooking materials are also provided. The lock for the door is automatic, it requires a code or the specific key. We felt secure in this place. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this appartment."

"The location is unbeatable, right in the city center, and having parking is a great bonus. Communication with the host was smooth and they always replied quickly to my questions.
