In 50 acres of grounds, Rectory Farm is 2 miles from Cambridge centre. This country house offers free Wi-Fi, paid estacionamiento, and a paid seasonal outdoor swimming pool open from June until September. Set in a grand period building, the elegant bedrooms each have a private modern bathroom and tea/coffee facilities. Rooms also feature a TV and hairdryer, and all have scenic countryside views. Rooms are located in the House or in the adjacent Chalet. Please note: Dogs are welcome at a cost of £25 per dog per stay. This must be requested in advance by emailing the property directly for approval. Breakfast is not included in the room price but is available in the Main House breakfast casa de comidas and can be purchased separately for £16 per person. Just a 5 minute drive from Cambridge’s scenic College Backs, the Rectory is 2 miles from Castle Hill and Kettle’s Yard art gallery. The Grand Arcade shopping centre is a 10-minute drive away. Guests can take a Park and Ride bus service or walk on a footpath to the City Centre.

"Muy lindo lugar, cómodo, limpio y en medio del verde. Llegamos después de las 22 hs y nos dio un poquito de trabajo encontrar las llaves de la habitación pero tenía una explicación para encontrarlas. Nos sorprendió la habitación por buena. Nos fuimos a la mañana siguiente y nunca vimos a nadie. Muy bien organizado"

"The poor breakfast. Elderly looking dry salami and cheese. Told twice I had to pay separately. Poorly cooked breakfast with an unappetising array of items. Little selection of fresh rolls....it would have been bettered by a Premier Inn breakfast. I was told that catering was "separate" from hotel.....it looks like it, as the eating experience was a great disappointment. I ate away from Rectory farm on my second morning."

"A wonderful place surrounded by countryside. Newborn lambs and bunnies were frolicking in the fields. Staff were friendly and very helpful. As the welcome email says it's not a bells and whistles hotel, hence the room rates are so reasonable. The room and bathroom were very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We stayed here when visiting our daughter at Uni. Already re-booked for the next time we go down to collect her. Only wish we had found this place sooner."

"We liked that it was conveniently located, had character and they upgraded our room for no reason which was kind. A kettle with sachets of tea & coffee is always nice. Lovely pubs nearby for meals. Quiet despite proximity to a busy road."
"One minor thing: the room was slightly too warm and we couldn’t find a way to turn off the heating. Managed to crack open the bathroom window to let some air in. Also, only one tiny bar of soap for hands and shower - fine for just a one night stay."
