"The flat is located at the 8th floor in the city centre, near McDonald's. Its location gives easy access to the best Batumi centre has to offer. The flat has a balcony with chairs and the view is amazing. I have attached a photo with the view. The beach is located 3 minutes' walk and there are a lot of restaurants and activities around. The host is friendly and helpful, we could not ask for more."

"Это самый лучший опыт съёма жилья.Мы приезжали с маленьким ребёнком. Хозяин очень гостеприимный и отзывчивый.Любую просьбу исполнял сразу же. Нашел детскую кроватку. Заботился о нашем прибывании постоянно. Даже угостил целым ящиком мандарин вдобавок к тонне вина. В последний день мы большой семьёй не рассчитали с местом в машине и он спас нас и довёз до аэропорта. Теперь мы знаем где остановиться в следующий раз."

"Perfect stay with a personal touch! This apartment has it all: a great location in the center, close to the sea, and a lovely view. The best part was the host! He is very friendly and welcoming. He greeted us with wine, provided a transfer from the airport, and went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. A fantastic experience!"
