"It's a wonderful place, and the location was easy to find. However, it’s quite far from the city center (Pointe-à-Pitre or Le Gosier) if you're on foot. I highly recommend renting a car if you plan to stay there, as public transportation is infrequent. That said, the place was breathtaking, right in front of the sea—I enjoyed it every morning! Also, the host was amazing and always available whenever I had questions or suggestions, which I truly appreciated."

"We stayed here for two nights after our arrival to Guadeloupe. It was very easy to arrive to the place thanks to excellent instructions by the host. The apartment was very clean and fully equipped to our needs, including coffee maker, fridge, even washing machine. The apartment has a separate water tank so we didn't face any water outages. Wifi internet connection in the apartment was excellent. The sea view from the balcony was amazing. It was only about 50 meters walk to the beach (Plage de la Caye d'argent) and the parking area via the back entrance. There was plenty of parking space. E.Leclerc Bas du Fort hypermarket is only about 2 kms away."
"The buildings in this "residence village" definitely require renovation work from outside, it's almost a bit scary to climb up the stairs. There are no restaurants on-site so it's always a little bit driving."

"Fabulous view from terrace overlooking the beach. Unit was very well equipped. Bed was comfortable. Owner is very responsive to any enquiry."
"Although the unit was fine, the overall complex, which includes many buildings, needs major capital investment. For example, the pool (wonderfully large) suffers from a liner that has become detached in many places."
