"El tamaño de la habitación es fuera de lo normal!! Todo de primera calidad: cama gigante, sabanas y almohadas de primera calidad. Detalle colo velas, petalos de rosas, dulces en la cama: es gente que sabe tratar el cliente. Parrafo aparte con las vistas: UNICAS!! Personal muy predispuesto a satisfacer al cliente!!!"

"One minor thing...the small fridge, the compressor kicks in every few hours and it makes a bit of a loud clunk sound which can disturb the peaceful night. If you have aircon running maybe less noticeable. The bathroom lighting is maybe excessive it was very bright and maybe unnecessary but these are minor things."
"The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking, overlooking the caldera and perfect for sunsets. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and the private hot tub was such a treat. Breakfast was delicious and served right on our balcony each morning, which made every day feel special."
