El ascensor, demasiado uso nocturno al lado de mi habitación. El baño es bueno, pero no tenía modo de contener el agua del duchador. No pude reservar taxi al momento de la salida.

They were most kind and even gave us a upgrade. This gesture transformed our stay. Thankyou. I know where I'll stay next time I'm in Auckland. Thankyou again to the wonderful staff."

"The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood. The rooms are clean and spacey. The bed is very comfortable and the internet is fast. The staff is very friendly and also gives tips for sightseeing tours. Breakfast is also available around noon. The quality-price relation is very good for this hotel. Prices are very high, but the normal for French Guyana. Kourou is not a city for pedestrians. So, there is no good location - everything is far for a walk. By car, it is really close to the space center.

"The breakfast buffet was good quality if a little expensive, make sure you book day before to get a discount."

The bacon and sausages at breakfast were not the best but this is usual for Korea. Westerners might notice this, Koreans won't mind them at all.

Bathrooms deffinately need up dating, carpets in the corridors need taking out and tiles flooring put down there’s really nothing around such as shops, places to eat it is deffinately the last stop before the ferry terminal

"The staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. There was a hot, good pressure shower. It’s in a great location for the bus station. The breakfast, which was 5€ extra each, was especially delicious and really set us up for the day."

It’s a bit way out to get to any bars or restaurants on foot- St.Lawrence Gap, £10 e/w, for amenities. Walk at your peril the roads & drivers are haphazard & it takes a good half hour if you’re relatively fit!

"It was really cosy and comfortable stay. Staff was very helpful and ready to assist. I really enjoyed staying and it felt relaxing. Bathroom is very spacious and beds are comfortable. General room setup is very good offering lot of storage and working space without compromising the mobility."

Hotel was bit far from city center and there is no close local bus stop. However, for people who don't mind bit of walk it is very good. One window couldn't be closed completely but I didn't notice it right away. I am sure staff would come and check it, but it made general feel in room bit more cold than it should be.
