"I want to talk about only one topic regarding my hotel stay. I want to talk about the towels in the bathroom. The towels are very large, very white, and very thick. They wrap the body with so much love. Yes, true love. It's a real home."

Le falta mantenimiento al hotel Habitación sin aislamiento. Se escuchaba el motor compresor de la habitación vecina. Escasa iluminación en la habitación

"Location was very good. Very central. We were met by very good front staff who allowed us to use the gym shower to freshen up after our arrival due to an early flight. They were most kind and even gave us a upgrade. This gesture transformed our stay. Thankyou. I know where I'll stay next time I'm in Auckland. Thankyou again to the wonderful staff."

Every thing was excellent. There was nothing I didn't like. 5 stars.

"Excellent location just above a lovely secluded beach. Quiet area. Well equipped kitchen facilities. Quirky small reception area with helpful staff. Some rooms w balconies with seaview. Excellent small restaurants close by. Polite unobtrusive cats."

The quality of toileters should be better. The mini bar was empty and needed to ask for water at around 3:00 AM. Lastly, the price is a bit high.

"Simply I can fully trust them. We forgot our backpack in the shuttle bus and moved to San Pedro Island. Hotel staffs were so kind to arrange sending it to San Pedro, and we received it including all valuable goods like mobile phone! Thanks to all involved staff and appreciate their integrity."

Que la tv deberian actualizarla por una tv mas smart o con netflix y la piscina aveces en horas de la tarde desprendia un olor raro a basura

"El desayuno probablemente sea el mejor de cualquier hotel en Caracas, son muchas las opciones y siempre está todo fresco y recién hecho, aparte de la atención que siempre ha sido buena."

Como siempre digo en esta encuesta, muy mala la señal de internet, es algo que definitivamente deben solventar, porque con esto ya no habría nada malo que decir.

Mejoraría el café por un lado , ya que en África se puede conseguir buen café originario de la zona, como kenya por ejemplo. La iluminación de baños y habitaciones también, es escasa. Entiendo que el servicio de electricidad no es el mejor .

"I really enjoyed my stay here - the hotel is like an oasis of calm in Bissau. Staff were all wonderful, friendly and helpful - special thanks to Mariama who very kindly went above and beyond her duties to accompany me to the market so I wasn't alone. Good buffet breakfast, clean swimming pool, lovely gardens, spacious rooms. I felt very safe here as a solo female too."

El ascensor, demasiado uso nocturno al lado de mi habitación. El baño es bueno, pero no tenía modo de contener el agua del duchador. No pude reservar taxi al momento de la salida.

The food in the restaurant is ok but not the best and the waiters are slow. The breakfast is very poor and it is better to eat outside at 100% Natural. The reception did no tell us about the yoga which we missed. Also that did not tell us that we should book the whale trip in advance because now it was sold out and we had to book a private trip.

"The staff and managers were very kind and polite. The rooms and lobby is very clean. The WiFi was full free, but sometimes in some pleases signal was weak. The 24 hours drinking coffee , tea, cakes in lobby if very fantastic. U can use them free during 24 hours."

The lobby doesn't have any view to out ( I mean avenue and street ).

"We stayed in a club room which gave us access to the Club Lounge. The lounge was excellent great food all day and the staff were exceptional. When you consider we were trapped in the Hotel because of the war we could not have been in a better place. Everyone was caring and so helpful. Wonderful Hotel made so by the staff"
