No hot shower, which was inconvenient. Noisy installations that affected comfort (water pump, no well isolated for insects) The check-in process was a bit complicated, but since it's a family-run business, we were understanding.

Como siempre digo en esta encuesta, muy mala la señal de internet, es algo que definitivamente deben solventar, porque con esto ya no habría nada malo que decir.

"La atención del personal , que si bien es un hotel con sus años está bien cuidado. Las zonas de jardín y piletas hermosas. La línea de playa también"

Mejoraría el café por un lado , ya que en África se puede conseguir buen café originario de la zona, como kenya por ejemplo. La iluminación de baños y habitaciones también, es escasa. Entiendo que el servicio de electricidad no es el mejor .

"Lovely staff, clean apartment with kitchen, beautiful pool, AC and fan kept apt very comfortable, good wifi."

No cell service in Philipsburg ... wifi in apartment but that didn't help with navigation - but figured navigating out fast enough.

"Simply I can fully trust them. We forgot our backpack in the shuttle bus and moved to San Pedro Island. Hotel staffs were so kind to arrange sending it to San Pedro, and we received it including all valuable goods like mobile phone! Thanks to all involved staff and appreciate their integrity."
