"stayed here one more time after half a year and again no regrets. Spacious area around hotel for after-dinner walk. Large room. Nice and very good-willing staff, really appreciate the receptionist services. nice breakfast and good restaurant including japanese one."

"rooms on first floor are quite old and smells bad. Asked to move me to 3rd floor, much better. Main gates were closed for repair which confused all the taxi drivers how to get to hotel entrance."

"Good 4-star hotel. nice closed surroundings with palms, pool and fountain with fishies. Large restaurants area. clean and nice interior of hotel. Spaceous room with all facilities. OK food for breakfast."

"location is a bit far away from center and on heavy traffic road. Just outside the entrance (at taxi pickup spot) there is a large sewer ditch with foulish smell."

"Location was good for me to complete my work in that area. Value for money. All staffs are good and eager to help., especially Sam who attended us in front office. Food is nice. Spacious rooms."

"Pillows are thick and had a neck pain for the first night, got it changed to soft small pillow. Should have kept safe box. Hot water sometimes in evening goes off."

"I actually had an event at Park Hyatt, Velachery and needed to book 10 rooms for my family. The staff at Park Hyatt was not very cooperative, so I reluctantly turned to Lemon tree as it was very close to Park Hyatt. But to my surprise, the service was exceptional. Breakfast was better than I expected, rooms were very clean. Much much better than Lemon Tree Hotels in other cities. Big shoutout to Solomon and Suhail for taking such good care of us."
