El personal son todos muy amables y serviciales y si necesitas algo siempre buscan una solucion. Los jardines son una maravilla! y esta ubicado a menos de 100 metros de la playa. Que por mas que uno quiera reciclar los contenedores de Las terrenas no estan bien organizados y las plazas de parking son un poco estrechas. Sugerencia: aclarar en la reserva que a veces el navegador de google los puede llevar a otro hotel que tiene un nombre parecido, porque nos paso eso y desde ese hotel amablemente nos guio un empleado en su moto hacia las cabañas. Lamentamos haber ido tan pocos dias, porque no queriamos irnos de lo bien que la pasamos. No tengo nada malo para decir del hotel y mucho menos de su personal que te hace sentir muy a gusto.

As for the staff, they will do anything possible to make your stay pleasant. And then of course there is Erick, the man who will organize everything for you, from the amenities of your room to your excursions to the ruins. Zapote Tree Inn immensely exceeded my expectations."

As it was late in the season, we were the only guests. Sandra was very helpful and set our breakfast out for us before she had to go out to work. The breakfast was rather unappetising with cheap sliced bread & ham, plentiful, but unappealing.

"We wanted to try the glass igloos. Great experience because you can see the lake, even if it's covered in snow. There's a Zoo and Activity Park nearby, so we had plenty to do both days."

The main disadvantage of this accommodation is that you do not have a bathroom, only the toilet is shared, where there is a sink. The organic toilet in the igloo, I did not understand how an adult is supposed to fit in there. The breakfast has a very basic menu. I was also sorry that before ten o'clock they really warned us in the restaurant that it closes at ten, although of course I understand that.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the food is absolutely delicious. You can truly feel the history of this place, which makes the stay even more special. "The service and food were fine. Room was spacious and clean. Beautiful and peaceful location. The kitchen catered for our specific preferences as my husband and son do not eat meat and chicken and my daughter doesn't eat octopus."

No shampoo available and i wasnt aware of same before booking else would have brought mine. Towels stayed wet and had to use same both for shower and pool. Amenities should be provided to allow for wet clothes and towels to dry, like a drying line in the bathroom.

"El hotel queda justo al frente del laberinto de Cusco sin cobro extra. Se puede bajar a caminar a cualquier hora siempre cuando no llueva o no haya llovido. El lugar es hermoso, hay restaurante con precios relativamente más bajo que el resto de lugares de hospedaje cercanos. Muy recomendado este lugar. Se puede acampar llevando carpa también."

"A comfortable hotel right in the historical city center of Nizwa — the Souq and Fort are literally within a few minute walk.
