"The host Mark was fantastic. The location of the property was excellent for getting around Kingston. The accommodation was very clean and tidy. We will visit Kingston more due to our experience at this accommodation. We will definitely be staying here again."

"Everything was great, room was clean and comfortable."

"There is a nightclub nearby which was very loud. Even with earplugs in, I could still hear it very clearly. Due to this I do not think we would return. Everything else was great."

"Stayed during hurricane melissa. The hotel went above and beyond for us. Full buffet, entertainment and hospitality everyday. Other hotels at the same time where doing minimal service. You pay for what you get. I would 100 chooses a hyatt over another brand. The staff where amazing and food was the beat all inclusive I have had."

"Location was perfect just across the road from the beach ( u can just pass through the hotels to reach the beach ) were all the cafe /restaurants etcc are , next door there is a restaurant and a tiny shop that sell few basic like water /coffe etcc and 7 minutes walking also there is a big supermarket /shopping center where you can also exchage money the room facility were basic but nothing missing , very clean , fresh towel everyday and the bed extremely comfortable, Linda (the host) was very caring and helped me in whatever i was asking Wifi was great"

"It's a gated community the securities are strict but friendly clean rooms it's a home away from home the host was very nice she's easy to talk with and if there's any issue she solves it as soon as you give her a call thank you miss Sandra for giving me an excellent and comfortable stay I will be recommending your home to anyone who wants a comfortable and clean place to stay for there holiday."

"Loved the warmth and hospitality of the owners. Loved the lush trees and beautiful flowers. Loved the semi-detached and detached cabins dotted around the property. Loved the jerk chicken & jerk pork we had at the restaurant (well seasoned and cooked to perfection). Loved the choice of salads, especially the potato salad. Loved the peace and tranquility of the whole place."

"The location was great , nice water, great scenery . The food we ate at dinner and lunch was exceptional. The bammy I had with my fried fish was the best I had ever tasted. The staff were very nice and welcoming. The road going down to the property was really bad, but the peaceful bliss and great customer service was worth it."

"Fantastic staff that go above and beyond to help you with recommendations and ensuring that you have everything you need for your stay. The location is perfect in the west end with bars and restaurants in walking distance. The apartment was huge with a comfy bed and good water pressure in the shower. A taxi to the beach takes 10/15 mins."
