"Handsdown the best hotel in the small but beautiful and quiet soviet era looking town of Kyzylorda, I had a 2 day work trip to the closed city of Baikonur and chose this hotel. Absolutely worth it's price, located on the main Rd with extra large and spacious rooms, well maintained and clean. Breakfast was good and other facilities are all available although I did not have the time to make best use of them. Located in the bustling neighborhood of town."

"We had a wonderful stay at Elena’s place for our first night after landing in Almaty. The apartment was comfortable, well-located, and very convenient. What truly stood out was Elena’s kindness. During check-in, she personally waited for us by the roadside because she was worried we might get lost. Even though we communicated using a translator, she was extremely patient, helpful, and made sure everything was clear for us.
