"El Riad esta muy próximo a las puerta azul y llegue super bien. Abdul, Mustafa, Mohamed, son super amables y están atentos a todo. El Riad es muy lindo y cómodo. Aunque no hablen español nos entendimos muy bien. Fue u a estadía hermosa."

"Tengo que destacar la atención del chico de recepción. Fue muy amable, nos explico todo lo necesario de la ciudad e incluso al otro día que ingresamos, nos teníamos que ir a la excursión del desierto y el nos preparó el desayuno para llevar. La habitación era muy hermosa pero lo único que se escuchó demasiado el ruido externo. Fue muy fácil encontrar el Riad a pesar que nosotros no teníamos internet en el móvil. Estaba muy bien señalizado. La ubicación es muy buena porque está muy cerca de la puerta azul lo que permite mayor comodidad para moverse."

"Lo único que no me gusto del lugar fue que nos tocó una habitación que se escuchó ruido durante la noche e incluso el llamado de la mezquita a las 6am. Fue un punto que no nos dejó descansar bien pero aún así.. si esto se puede prevenir, volvería a elegir este Riad sin dudas por las comodidades y la muy buena ubicación."

"Breakfast was absolutely excellent. Served by omar from the front desk who was absolutely wonderful. Good selection of both local foods and some western food such as croissants. (We preferred the local food). Served in the traditional inner courtyard."

"Unfortunately there was a bad mildew smell in our bathroom. If the door was kept closed it was overpowering to go in there so we kept it open. Definitely need to change something about ventilation to prevent this in the future. The room was beautiful but that was a downfall."

"2 mins from the blue gate in the Medina great location. The hosts are exceptional, greeted with tea in arrival. Great panoramic view, comfortable rooms and an authentic feel about the place. The included breakfast was magnificent and the best breakfast I’ve had in my Morocco tour of 10 days. The cost of my night here I would have paid that for the breakfast in a local restaurant, don’t know how they make money 😂 Highly recommend this place for value and comfort. I will stay again"

"Our stay at this Riad was spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with a delicious traditional Moroccan mint tea, which set the tone for an exceptional experience. The Riad itself is stunning, elegantly finished in authentic Moroccan style, and we truly felt at home from the very first minute. A special mention goes to the young man who handled our check-in; even though I can't recall his name (sorry), he was fantastic. He made us feel immediately welcome and provided all the practical information and tips we needed to navigate the city with ease. "My trip to the ancient city of Fez led me to an amazing traditional Moroccan family guesthouse—what a hidden gem! From the moment I arrived, the host was incredibly warm and hospitable, making me feel as welcome and relaxed as if I were at home. The rooms were clean, tidy, and full of traditional Moroccan charm; daily housekeeping was thorough and thoughtful, without ever being intrusive. The breakfast was generous and delicious: fresh juice, freshly baked bread, traditional pancakes, various jams, eggs, and authentic mint tea. The location is also perfect, with convenient transport and easy access to the old town of Fez and classic attractions on foot. Every detail from check-in to check-out was heartwarming, and it offers great value for money. If you’re visiting the ancient city of Fez, this is absolutely the place to stay!"
