"La habitación doble era extremadamente grande y cómoda: dos camas dobles, escritorio, sillones para ver la TV, baño muy grande, un gran armario para la ropa... ¡Un lujo! Habíamos estado en Ibis Alameda y decía tener la misma cantidad de metros y era muuuuucho más chica."

"Nos tocó una especie de entrepiso y había que subir por ascensor y luego por una rampa. Con maleta grande cuesta bastante...."

"La ubicación excelente. Cerca del subte y del paseo de la reforma y a pocas cuadras caminando de el Zocalo. Un hotel grande y en buen estado general"

"La habitación muy cómoda y completa. La piscina climatizada muy linda, el espacio muy cuidado. El desayuno súper variado, abundante y rico. El hotel está localizado muy cerca del zócalo y de las principales atracciones del centro histórico, además de tener conexión con el Metro a muy pocas cuadras."

"Los alrededores del hotel no son muy lindos para caminar cuando cae el sol. Hay mujeres que ofrecen sus servicios en las veredas aledañas, y mucha gente tomando y fumando marihuana a los alrededores de la estación de metro cercana. No recomendable para andar a pie de noche."

"Estuve solo una noche pero, la piscina preciosa, pude aprovecharla poco pero porque llegué tarde, pero el horario es amplio( de 10 a 22hs). Otra cosa a favor que en la habitación te dejan aguas y para hacerte un buen te, que en la noche o para un desayuno madrugador antes de ir al aeropuerto te salva la vida. Personal cordial, lograron resolver mi inconveniente con la llave velozmente. Ojala pueda volver y aprovechar esa pileta. Esta cerca de la estación de metro Hidalgo con la cual podes moverte y hacer conexiones sin problema."

"Es rara la categorización de hoteles en México. En este caso es un 4 estrellas, una categoría muy alta... sin embargo no hay frigobar, no incluye desayuno, no hay agua potable disponible para los húespedes. Todas cosa que un hostel si te brindan por un precio menor. La verdad no lo entiendo. Esto no quita que en Exe Alameda nos recibieron con un servicio excelente: los trabajadores TODOS muy amables y voluntariosos. Hay limpieza practicamente todo el día. La ubicación es inmejorable, a pocos metros de todas las paradas de metro, bus, camiones. La limpieza es excelente, todo pulcro todo el tiempo, incluyendo el gimnasio, spa y alberca. Las habitaciones y camas son cómodas, acogedoras, prácticas."

"The hotel interior is beautiful, no doubt about it. The location is excellent because you can walk to several places. The staff was very friendly at all times, except for one occasion with a young woman who answered my room service call. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I didn't have time to use the pool or try the cocktails at the bar, but the food at the restaurant was good."

"I didn't like that I paid the same price for two rooms that were not the same at all, one was bigger than the other, I wouldn't have bothered if they had reduced the price for the smaller one. The room was very noisy, everything outside could be heard as if the cars or pedestrians were next to my ears. There were a little cold nights and the blanket wasn't enough and they didn't have heating. In addition, the noise of the pipes every time the bathroom was used and the room above is exaggerated. Finally since I arrived there was a cotonette on the floor between the bureau and the bed, when I left I was still there, which told me that the cleanliness of the rooms is superficial."

"Staff were very friendly. Working lifts. There was a small indoor pool. We didn’t eat there but lobby was nice and dining room looked nice. TV/wi-fi was good. Shower was good and nice toiletries. Did a day trip from there to a hot air balloon, that was good value for money."

"No view from the room. Windows was only an internal light shaft. You could hear a lot of noise from the other rooms. Air con we didn’t need but we did try, it was extremely loud! They were doing electrical work in the hallways so unable to sleep late. No cups for the coffee machine. Area was slightly dodgy near to the hotel, but ok for 2 of us together at night."

"Comfy beds, nice shower, safe and clean, we did not see the swimming pool however as we did not have enough time. Receptionist was super helpful and called our tour guide for us to clear the details of our tour."

"Nothing about the hotel but location. The main street where the hotel is located seems ok but there were some prostitutes around in some of the streets. Taxi drivers advised that it is a safe area."
