"Excelente ubicación cerca de puntos importantes, cerca de zona rosa y muchos comercios de cercanías, farmacias, bares, taquerias etc Habitación para 4 personas bien equipada con aire, TV, frigobar , cafetera, algunos utensilios y anafe eléctrico De cortesía una botellita de 1/2 litro de agua por persona por dia. Desde el aeropuerto un taxi oficial nos cobró 240 mxn, y unos 300 mxn para el mismo recorrido un taxi que nos llamaron desde el hotel. Tiene gimnasio y el desayuno se puede contratar aparte. Muy recomendable"

"Al momento de reservar por Booking decía que se pagaba con tarjeta al momento de reservar y no fue así, más allá de que intenté por chat de Booking que hicieran el cargo antes de mí llegada, como decía la publicación, la terminé pagando al hacer el check-in, me pareció mala la comunicación en este punto, algo para comentar y creo que se puede mejorar"

"El hotel está en una zona con fácil acceso al metro y metrobus, ideal si viajas por turismo. Se puede caminar tranquilo por la zona, incluso de noche. El personal es muy atento y amable, las habitaciones son cómodas y limpias."

"I really enjoyed the size of the room and the kitchen. The hotel provides a box with all kitchenware for free, if you ask. My room was fully renovated and the bed was really comfortable. The location is great, just about 5-7 minutes from La Reforma."

"As I was on the top floor, I was a little surprised by the sense that the building was slightly shaking when big vehicles were passing by the road underneath. However I was told that this is normal in the area and it is safe. There is some noise from outside but again, normal for hotels in front of a big road."

"The room was not prepared for 3 people. We had to ask for an extra pillow, duvet and sheets, even though the reservation was for 3. The sofa was in a very bad condition, small, dirty, and very uncomfortable. The cleaning was not done properly. Everyday there was a lot of dust and dirt on the floor and not only. The room got hot easily as there was no ventilation, only the AC, and without it working it would have been unbearable. The people at the reception could smile more or be more proactive, it seemed that they did not want to be there. The breakfast was nothing special, would recommend doing it somewhere else."

"Location was great, walkable and easy to bike around, lots of food options and transit close by. Clean enough. Gave us water every day which was nice, but no place to refill bottles"

"Very noisy, from the street and from other rooms and the hallways. No insulation from sounds of hotel or other rooms. Shower was only passable, it was cold a few times and pressure was very low. Bed was large but very springy, so could feel other person moving around. Kitchen in room, but have to get all cups/ forks/pots etc on request from front desk."
