Suites Obelisk

"The hotel's location is excellent, I loved it! Highly recommend Polanco. The customer service was very good, the hotel's social areas were very clean, and the hotel's atmosphere was super welcoming. The breakfast was delicious, and there's a great variety of restaurants and museums nearby. 100% recommended!"

"The Wi-Fi connection in the room was very slow, only working well in social areas"

"There are many hotels around the world, but few create the feeling that Hotel Serafín does. The moment you walk through the door, you’re welcomed like family. The team here is incredibly considerate — always attentive, always caring — and they truly make sure you’re looked after from morning to night. The property itself carries a charming Hacienda-style character: simple, rustic, and full of authentic warmth. It’s not about flashy luxury — it’s about genuine atmosphere and human connection. And that combination is what makes this place stand out. For me, Hotel Serafín has become one of my absolute favourite places in the world. It’s the kind of place you never really want to leave… and can’t wait to return to. Highly recommended. ❤️✨"

"Great location in the Polanco district. A few minutes walk from the very posh street of Masaryk. Cleanliness. Very friendly staff."

"Breakfast fast good. Variety could be better. The rooms that look out onto the street are very noisy."

"The location was perfect , and the rooms was amazing"

"Coffee ☕️ is not drinkable, they charge for the espresso same a good coffee shops 👎"

"Great location free breakfast is a nice touch generally a very clean hotel with some good staff. Will use again for concerts and going into Polanco"

"One had one problem we arrived just after 3 pm but we had to wait over 30 minutes for a room to be allocated, but no apology given or information updated. That was not good service in my opinion"

"The breakfast was great and the staff were wonderful ,the location of the hotel and the interior was beautiful , so different to other hotels"

"there was nothing that bothered me"

"We booked the suite, it was great! just what we needed. It's comfortable, clean, and super convenient location-wise. It was my first time staying there, but I will definitely book there again. Especially if I am planning to stay for more than 4 days."

"The gym is quite limited, however there are weights a treadmill and a multifunction cable machine which would do the trick. as for the gym schedule. The breakfast is decent however quite limited, but it was better than nothing especially on Dec 25 when everything was closed."
