"Arrived and the host was friendly, room was clean and the bed was very soft. The stairs are winding and narrow, but that's Amsterdam for you. Walk to the centre is a bit of a trot, but I don't mind walking. I do not possess they knack to open the front door, but the owner was very helpful each time. You don't get the baguettes shown in the photo, but you do get petit pains, cheese, cold cuts, juice and eggs. Too be honest (especially considering its Amsterdam), this is really good value for money, especially if you are mostly out of the house at cheese factories and canal tours like me, and just want a comfortable bed. The owner appreciates honest and genuinely just wants to help out! Banging place."
