"Las instalaciones son amplias, cómodas e iluminadas, nuestro baño limpio y espacioso, con buena ducha, ropa de cama, almohadas, toallas, todo en buen estado, anexo y aire acondicionado funcionantes. Fuera de la habitación sillones para descanso con vista a los jardines. La decoración lo hace acogedor y cuenta con amplios ventanales que daban al jardín y piscina. Me gustó mucho la vista y la distribución que tiene por dentro que es como bungalows separados por jardines."

"Nuestra mesa de centro era muy pequeña, el minibar no se encuentra en la habitación, la TV solo canales, no vi mantenimiento de la piscina. En las noches hay poca iluminación para tomar una foto fuera de la habitación. Las opciones de desayuno son solo dos alternativas que no cambian con los días. Está un poco alejado del centro pero las agencias de turismo suelen recoger a sus clientes en el alojamiento sin recargo, si desea salir a pasear caminando al centro va necesitar transporte que son sólo mototaxis, no hay taxis por aplicativo ni circulando por las calles en la ciudad."

"It’s really really beautiful and the pool is well maintained and very clean. The plants everywhere are beautiful and the staff were absolutely lovely to me even though I don’t speak a word of Spanish! The breakfast was simple but nice with fresh fruit juice. It’s crazy cheap considering how lovely it is AND they pick you up and drop you at the airport!"

"The rooms directly by the road can get a bit noisy at night - if you are a light sleeper maybe ask for one of the ones not connected to the road."

"The location is 7 mins from the centre and features a natural garden environment with a large pool and relaxation area. The staff were helpful and attentive at all times. They always did their best, whatever the circumstances. In particular, Andres and Kimberly of the reception team afforded us significant professional support and assistance during our brief stay, for which we are very grateful."

"The hotel is close to a road, and at times, it was too noisy to use the upper restaurant area. The rooms, however, were not badly affected. Music in the pool area was loud sometimes, but it was always significantly reduced from 2200hrs. The management team appears to apply a strict nighttime policy around the pool, so sleep disturbance was not an issue. Breakfast was somewhat inconsistent, and the coffee was luke warm!"

"Staff were incredibly nice and helpfull and some of the best in over a year traveling in South America . Pool and the hamocks surrounding it were the perfect places to relax after lots of travel and enjoy a few beers and the rooms were very clean comfy and modern."

"I stayed there twice times and used the same room which was bright and big with many windows. I slept wonderful. A ventilator is in the room. I had everything I needed. Everything was cleaned well. I enjoyed the big pool very much. The breakfast I liked a lot. They even fulfilled my little wishes: toasted my bread and gave me salsa picante😀👍 The whole staff was wonderful and they helped me so much, also with organizing my onward journey. All together made me feel home. Therefore I say one more time: Thanks for everything! 💚"

"El hotel tiene esta ubicado un poco lejos del centro, lo cual alivia un poco el ruido de las motos. Para ir al centro se puede tomar una moto taxi y demora pocos minutos. Las habitaciones son bonitas, rodeadas de jardines."

"Pueden mejorar el restaurante, no me gustó el desayuno. La piscina necesita un poco de mantenimiento para dejarla mas bonita."
