"All in all the service provided by the hotel during my 3 night stay was amazing. All the services requires are available and event it is more convenient with the additional hospitality provided by our host of the meeting PNG Customs."
"The only challenge I encounter which requires some improvement is the internet connectivity especially the WFI coverage and connectivity which at times it is very weak while in the room. Otherwise everything else provided by the hotel is exceptionally outstanding."
"Location is great. Easy to get to the airport and on to other destinations. The bar and restaurant facilities are really good with heaps of options. The staff (In particular Michelle at front desk and Kelvin driving the transfer bus) were very professional, helpful and went out of their way to ensure I was well looked after during the three stays at the hotel I did a couple of weeks ago."

"The apartment did not look like the photos- some of the things like couch bed for eg, was not in the apartment. The door did not lock securely. It was very noisy - a lot of drunk guests screaming loudly obscene words on the corridor, and there was no good lighting outside the rooms. Some of us with vision impairment found it quite challenging to navigate around."
